These terms apply when you use pokelockbox.online or buy from us. The store is operated by pokelockbox and ships from Auckland, New Zealand. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.

2. Products

We sell trading card game products, including sealed products, single cards and accessories. We describe each product accurately, including its condition, language, set and release date where relevant. Product photos show the actual product or its standard retail packaging; colours may vary slightly between screens. Sealed products contain randomised contents, and we make no promise about which cards any pack or box contains. Collectible products are sold for play and collecting; we make no claims about their future value.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, or when we confirm a pre-order. If a product is unavailable or was listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We may limit quantities per customer to make sure products are available to as many collectors as possible.

5. Pre-orders

Pre-orders are covered by our Pre-order Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Trademarks

Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. pokelockbox is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Product names are used only to identify the products we sell. The content and design of this website belong to pokelockbox.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on our website when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
