Shipping policy
We ship to addresses within New Zealand only. All orders are dispatched from Auckland.
1. Processing time
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm NZT on a business day, or on a weekend, start processing the next business day.
2. Delivery estimates (after dispatch)
| Delivery zone | Estimated delivery after dispatch |
|---|---|
| Auckland | 1–2 business days |
| Rest of the North Island | 1–3 business days |
| South Island | 2–4 business days |
| Rural delivery addresses | add 1–3 business days |
Orders are sent with NZ Post or a tracked courier and include tracking. You receive the tracking link by email when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed, especially during peak periods or severe weather.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the size of your order. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add any other delivery charges after checkout. Rural delivery may carry a surcharge, which is also shown at checkout.
4. Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship when stock arrives from our supplier, normally on or shortly after the release date shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together when the pre-order item arrives, unless we tell you otherwise. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
5. Address, delivery problems and damaged parcels
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur a new shipping charge. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected.
