Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You can return unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and we pay the return shipping for those.

Please email contact@pokelockbox.online with your order number before sending anything back. We reply within 1–2 business days with the return instructions.
